SIG SAUER Electro-Optics has announced the new Sierra6BDX super zoom riflescope line to the Ballistic Data Xchange (BDX) product family.
The Sierra6BDX has the advanced and streamlined features of BDX 2.0 to a premium super zoom optic.
According to SIG SAUER, this new scope was designed by hunters for hunters, and has been “optimized for every rifle and ammunition” while working especially well with the company’s CROSS rifle and Sig Sauer Elite Hunter ammunition.
The SIG SAUER Electro-Optics BDX System combines traditional hunting equipment with technology. BDX 2.0 takes all of the advanced Applied Ballistics Ultralight and Bluetooth™ technology and adds simplified, and easy to use, functionality to get hunters and shooters on target with unprecedented speed and accuracy. New features of BDX 2.0 include nine pre-loaded, user-selectable Ballistic Drop Compensation (BDC) reticles in all SIERRA Riflescopes, eight ballistic groups pre-loaded in KILO BDX rangefinders and the QuickBOND™ feature that allows for quick bonding of BDX rangefinders and scopes without the use of a smartphone app. The BDX 2.0 System is simple, fast, and intuitive – Just Connect The Dot.™
The SIG SAUER Eletro-Optics SIERRA6BDX family of riflescopes is available in 3 different zoom ranges, 5-30x56mm, 3-18x44mm, and 2-12x40mm. Each features the SmartBDX reticle technology with up to 95% light transition. Other innovative features include KinETHIC™, Kinetic Energy Transfer Indicator for ethical shots on target, and LevelPlex™, an internal digital level which allows users to eliminate cant in their shooting system.
