A Washington State man already being held for allegedly stealing a Seattle police semiautomatic patrol rifle from a burned police vehicle during the George Floyd riot in downtown Seattle last May has now been charged with second-degree murder in a separate incident in August.
The suspect, Jacob Dean Little, 25, of Everett is alleged to have fired the fatal shot ending the life of D’Andre Deshawn Flynn, also 25, at “a gathering of car enthusiasts” at a Renton parking lot last Aug. 30.
According to charging documents filed by the King County Prosecutor’s Office and obtained by TGM, Little and Flynn were at the gathering with some 200 other people when multiple fights broke out. “Multiple people” were observed firing guns into the air, when one suspect began firing toward several people. Three people, including Flynn, were hit, and the shooter fled.
