Group offers advice on bump stock grab
The US Supreme Court has ruled against us on issuing a stay of enforcement of the Bump Stock Ban. This is a BLACK DAY for Gun Rights in America.
As of right now, the US Government has agreed that we can have until 5 PM on Wednesday (April 10th, 2019) to turn in any bump stock-devices and that it will retain the bump stock-devices during the pendency of the litigation; i.e. that they’re being turned over under protest; however. We recommend that anyone turning in a bump stock should include a letter, consistent with what our lawyer posted previously (link below), explicitly stating that it is being turned over under protest.
We aren’t NEARLY done yet with this defense of your right to bear arms! More to follow as events progress.
