2016 election most critical
in the history of the US
Dear Editor:
Re: TGM Aug. 2016 article: “Democrats no longer represent free society ideals.”
The 9th US Circuit Court majority recently ruled that there is no constitutional right to carry firearms for self-defense in California and upheld a “good cause” requirement by authorities for CCW issuance—depending, of course, on how influential, rich or famous one is.
The decision against concealed carry was deficient in common sense, poorly composed and crafted lacking reality and leaving little or no alternative for inevitable and essential self-defense. Unfortunately, and for reasons unknown, there is no right to keep and bear arms amendment in the California state constitution.
In most California counties where sheriffs have sole discretion, applications for a CCW for defense of self and family is routinely denied. Countless denied law-abiding citizens feel the absolute necessity to carry a firearm periodically for defense of self and family—and do. If discovered, they are subject to arrest and deemed a felon with immense legal and court costs and possible incarceration.
In all probability the 9th Circuit Court ruling majority received their unsavory and politically unconstitutional marching orders from the plethora of local, state and federal “progressive” politicians for which the state is notorious, led by third-term Gov. Jerry Brown (in a two-termed state), who publicly demanded that the en banc 9th Circuit reject and deny a constitutional concealed carry law.
Much akin to our political system, the quilt network of state and federal courts are steadily being Highjacked and rigged whenever and wherever possible by the “progressive” and ruling class punk elite of the modern Democrat Party whose current aim and objective is to transform and eviscerate the US Constitution beginning with the Second Amendment.
The November 2016 election will be the most critical in US history. At stake, foremost, the US Supreme Court appointees and the preservation of constitutional rights for all Americans. The Clinton crime family has assured and pledged to America Supreme Court justices who will extirpate the Second Amendment while concurrently eliminating the powers of the people in relation to their government. There will be no “consent of the governed.”
I hope the people, and especially gunowners, see what’s coming.
God bless America.
Respectfully,

Skepticism dogs remarks
by FBI director, president
Dear Editor:
Re: FBI “no bills” Hillary,
Might FBI Director Comey have given much thought about the damage his action and comments would do to his agency; I wonder.
From Comey, “she was given no special consideration.” As my much lamented Yiddish grandmother was wont to note, “takah,” which translated into English would read “really?”
From the president, “we flood communities with so many guns that it is easier for a teenager to buy a Glock than to get his hands on a computer.” When, I wonder, was the last time the president stopped at any public library?
As to questions of “due process” raised by some, it is amazing how some people get bogged down in mere details in their ill-considered opposition to the greater wisdom of those who just know better. They being those oh so concerned, so thoughtful, so well-meaning individuals who just know that the citizenry must be separated from firearms, such action obviously being “for their own good.”
Shame on those who bow not to their betters, shame on them!
Enough for now, I think.
